i raced a 06 or 05 stang from a dig and won but i met a guy with a 91 notch who smoked me 5-7 cars at least i want to make my typhoon faster i need some suggestions

Park yer very rare SY/TY, Ya get yersef a old 1990 454SS truck, drop a 502 crate with the optional cam in, an 850 holley, no computer, 3:73 gear, Fixed up TH400 tranny, some good drag radials and a pair of Cal Tracs and go back and find him. From a roll isn't a drag race. Make sure tha wheels are straight when ya come down or you'll cut him off every time.

There is ALWAYS somebody faster than you and eventually you meet up with a few of them. The 87-93 foxbodies are wickedly fast if a person builds them right. I've seen streetable notchbacks run low 9's on the street.....same with the GN's. It just takes time, patience and lots of $$$$$$$$$.
