I know it i no help now but it seems to be a common problem with there boxes. I would listen to the warning and stick to the ever popular and less expensive zq8 box. Sorry to hear about your problem but, spreading info and experiences with products is what this forum is all about.

I bought the box 3 years ago, I know now thers tons of problems just want to refresh peoples memorys

I bought one of their power streering pumps a couple of years ago, and it was junk. Same way, I bought it a year before I installed it, out of warranty. I went and got a stocker from the local auto parts strore for less than half the price, and it worked perfect. AGR = junk, IMO
