eBay icon in my bookmarks folder??

I've had this problem for a couple years now and I never thought to post it but for some reason my SyTy.net bookmark has the eBay logo for it's icon to the left if the label/name. I'm running FireFox v2.0 and don't experience this with any other links/forums in my bookmarks. Some have no icon but for some reason this is the only one that has the icon for ebay... besides my eBay links.

Ideas? Is this a site issue since it sends the tag or is this a local issue on my laptop or ??

Funny, I have the same problem; same e-bay icon but on a different bookmark.
I'm also using Firefox.

Ebay sucks they are trying to take over the world by infecting our computers. I've seen that before, but I can't remember if I ever had a fix for it. Did you try removing the bookmark and re adding it?

I use FF 2.0 and I have the syty.net logo.

Never seen it any other way.

I am guessing its your local machine.
There is a cache somewhere for the neticons.
Guessing it just needs to be flushed.

I actually just realize that the SupraForums icon in my bookmarks is also the eBay logo. I'll delete them and re add them and report what happens.

Success! Sort of.

I deleted SyTy.net and bookmarked it again and now it does have the SyTy logo. I did the same w/Supraforums though and even after visiting the bookmark there's now no icon at all. I guess that's better than teh eBay logo but still not quite right. So. the answer is delete them and start fresh as it's a local issue.

As you can tell this is a very large concern for me since I've had this issue over a year and haven't cared to do anything about it. So, now that the SyTy icon is fixed... it's back to not carring.

I clicked that link and the 'fix' won't work for me because the bookmark of mine that still doesn't work properly (SupraForums) there is no 'ICON...' as he states to look for. I see it for other bookmarks but nothing for this one. I'm not sure what causes it to save an icon but somehow i need to tell it to find/save a new icon.

I have the smae problem as well. CRN is has an EBAY logo but SYTY is good. Ill have to do what you did. BTW, were really shootin on making it up there for the Superbowl, especially since my team is going. Hopefully Ill have the bucks to make hte trip up and it doesnt snow.

I had that on 1.0, but now it's the SyTy link. I do have a few that are messed up though
