havong some fuel troubles

my ty keeps cutting off every so often when i shut it off and wait a couple mins it starts back up and drives fine. But if i try and start it back up right away it wont. I asked mt friend who knows tys more than i do and he said to bleed the fuel rail so i did and that seems to work but it keeps hapening i have the walbro pump but i havent installed the adjustable fuel press regulator what is the prob thanks guys

you have a fuel problem somewhere. bleeding the line is a waste of time. the system bleeds itself bc you have a return style system. with a good running pump about 99.9% of the fuel gets sent back to the tank. look for leaks or a regulator issue if you have already changed the pump.

if you did the pump did you also remove the pulsator and use regular hose with clamps?

I didnt tell you to "bleed" the line because it was a fix, I told you to hit it to make sure you are even getting fuel. Like I was trying to explain to you that one day, even thats not the greatest test, you have to get you a fuel pressure test gauge.
