I guess it doesn't matter what anyone on here says at this point so I will come out and say it, that ole instaban hammer was probably 50% responsible for the death of this site. God forbid we have freedom of speech! Honestly, I am surprised I was never banned. Mr. Dave, always nice to see you as well.

I've heard that several of the guys with an insta-ban hammer are blocked from this site now. I know of three that had ADMIN authority here are now blocked. There may be more, I don't know. There were also some Mods on the "old" .net that were pretty intrusive too. There was one in UK that was particularly interested in dicking with everything I posted. I haven't seen him here yet. DGoodhew is still around, he and I butted heads in the old days, but so far things are cool here now.

But yeah, the way a site is moderated and administered has a lot to do with harmony and participation. Peeps don't like to be messed with or censored. Let readers do their own "banning" with the Ignore User Button. That's what it's for.

Yeah, then we were always getting beat up for NSFW stuff. I mean really, shouldn't you be fucking working instead of worrying about what is going here? IMO, if you are willing to check out NSFW stuff while you are working, your employer is getting screwed. LOL.
