Thanks for all the input, I have ATR headers and an ATR 3" down pipe setup for a external wastegate. Its currently fitted w/ a te-44. Im having some trouble figuring out what flanges I need to be Identifying when I order a turbo, Can anyone tell me if its a t3 or t4? Is there a name for the style flange on my downpipe??etc...

I dont know much about him. I assume he has a bit of experience / history with this stuff?

i have dons old turbo (PT72 GTQ) freshly rebuilt with a fully polished compressor cover for $1200

i would use something between a PT67 and a PT72 to reach your goals. your gonna need more cam tho to hit the HP your wanting at 15psi. the comp 415 is just a little too street oriented to make 500hp on pump.

We made 445 at the wheels with 16psi, pump gas, 67GTQ, ported vortecs, 415 cam, and 75#ers

On our engine dyno with a built 4.3, stock manifolds, RPM intercooler and PT74 Q we made 590hp at 15psi. This was with 91 and meth injection. So with no meth I would say in the 500hp mark at the crank.

For the biggest power on pump and no meth you will want the biggest turbo you can spin.
The 76s tend to surge so I like the 74's.

def do the 74 nolan has sold many people on it and it has the potential to make alot of power
