2993 Miles on the turbos. Those are used, probably need to be rebuilt. I'll give you $50. :rotf:

I wonder what the shipping charges add up to. Looks freaking awesome!

I think what's really going to piss him off, is when I drive down and put my hands on it and it's still a couple weeks before he can make it down.

Good Day all,

Where coming down to the end with the motor build.

However, we still have a couple little more problems that needed to be resolved.

The problems only gets worse when you put the valve cover on.
So the tube will have to be removed from the inside of the valve cover.

Once tube is removed the valve cover will leak oil.
To keep the oil from leaking we installed an O-ring under the ARP bolt.

Guy also had to remove a little material from the Rocker itself.

Plenty of updates to come this week.
So keep your eye's open.

Why couldn't you just drill an retap a new hole for the valve cover between the two rockers and then use a thinner bolt. maybe even add a third bolt? I hate seeing that beautiful rocker ground on...

I know it makes for another custom valve cover and makes sealing the upper portion a little difficult but you are already into it this far...

lol - sooner or later you have to draw a line in the sand

At least the line is in sand! :)

Then you can smooth it out and draw another line! J/K

P.S. I love this thread. Thanks for posting all of it for us!

Am I the only one picturing Marty running across the sand, stopping, turning around drawing a line in the sand BEHIND him, then thinking to himself. "Damn I have already crossed the line might as well keep going"

I am trying to not think about what he is wearing though while doing this.

If your not an S10 guy you wouldn't notice how square the "B" pillar is.
It's hard to tell it's been modified.

Just a different view of the bed with the Turbo's testing out the bed liner.
