Looking at a recent log file when I first go WOT, it seems to go rich like it should and the actual AFR goes down like the desired. Then about 1/2 second into it, it goes lean for about 1/2 second then goes rich again after another 1/2 - 1 second. This leaning out in the midlle is causing...
