Sealed hub ABS sensor vs. external sensor

Re: Sealed hub ABS sensor vs. external sensor If I were you I would be seriously careful and maybe even replace with the correct part. I asked the same question on s10forum and so far the only reply is: "They will not bolt up by the by. The depth on the back of the hub is to tall and won't...

Sealed hub ABS sensor vs. external sensor

I bought TIMKEN 513124 wheel hub/bearings from RockAuto. They came with the ABS sensor sealed inside the bearing assembly. When I took apart my truck for installation, it had the sensor mounted to the dust shield with reluctor wheel on the hub. If I remove the old sensor from the dust shield the...

Vette/CTS-V brake upgrade with ZR2 wheel bearings?

Re: Vette/CTS-V brake upgrade with ZR2 wheel bearings? To be clear, I do not alreay have a ZR2. I'm working on a 2nd gen non-ZR2 4x4 and would like to use ZR2 bearings along with big brake kit.

Vette/CTS-V brake upgrade with ZR2 wheel bearings?

Renz, you may be able to answer this, if not, anyone else who may know. I am almost certain that ZR2 s-series had upgraded or larger front wheel bearings. I am planning to do the Vette or CTS-V brake upgrade and I would like to know if these bearings are interchangeable with with standard...

front sway bar end bushing brackets

I need the front sway bar end bushing brackets and bolts that mount to the lower control arms for sy/ty or even early style s10/sonoma/blazer/jimmy. These are not the link style but end-through-bushing style. I need them to fit a Belltech sway bar for a syclone to a lowered 4x4 s10. GM...

Belltech front sway bar on a 4x4 with RPM coilovers

I am installing the RPM coilover and A-arm kit on my 97 4x4. It looks like it requires the use of a non link-type front sway bar from early s-series rather than new style with end links. Can anyone confirm that the syclone sway bar uses the end-through-bushing rather than end-link setup? I...

    RPM kit correct camber?

I notice when you lower a 4wd s10 the camber is affected significantly. The top of the wheel is pulled in compared to the bottom. Does the RPM or JS coilover kit correct this issue with their control arms?
