I just picked up a PTE51 for my Ty and I was just wondering what my options are for downpipes? I was told the stock one won't work with this turbo and I'm still a noob to these things, so if anyone could link me to some possibilities that'd be great.

Re: New Ty owner in Toronto! It is Typhoon #1805 iirc. It's a 3 inch mandrel bent y-pipe catback, sounds nice and mean. Impala was a 95, here's a pic: Original engine and trans, 158k miles. I got the Typhoon and $1100 for it.

Re: New Ty owner in Toronto! Ontario salts more than anywhere else in North America. No chance I would winter drive it. From what I was told exhaust is a fully mandrel 3 inch cat back. It looks like the old atr ones but I'm still a noob to these things.
