Re: Alternator recommendation No troubles at all. I did the same thing you did, including cutting the bit down about an inch and a half. I also took the upper fan shroud off for more clearance, used a right angle drill, opened the hole up, and then used the side of the drill bit to elongate the...

Re: 93 TY running issue - timing ? There should be a switch somewhere. In the glove box, in the console, on a kick panel, on the dash, under the dash, etc. It can be anywhere, but most likely somewhat hidden and accessible from the driver's seat.
