Anyone ever run into this? I've had a few built motors before and never run into this. And no I do not believe the nut for the turbo oil return is hitting. The other side looks identical to this picture.

Re: Bowtie Block The deck is bare with no head bolt/stud holes or cooling passages. Also the lifter bores are not drilled. Any machine shop can drill the holes. Not just any machine shop has to equipment to properly locate them where they have to be.

Re: Bowtie Block It also needs some slight modification to be used with an internal wet sump oil system. Also you have a PM.

Re: The Rejuvination of Sy# 2995 How was the fitment of that Edelbrock timing cover? It states in their catalog that it will not fit 87 & Up engines.

Re: bw4472 weight I just weighed both. The 32 spine output from my Ty weighed 71lbs, the one from my Sy weighed on at 67lbs.
