Just do what it takes to get that harness and relay out. The relay was originally fastened to the panel under the steering column (the one with the lap-cooler vent in it) with a single screw. Most peeps over the years haven't bothered to reinstall the screw, they leave the relay loose.

Look at the end plugs. If the valve has been modified, the pin will be gone, and the hole in the other end will have a plug in it. Some guys thread and install a screw in the holes, I welded the holes closed with a TIG.
