Re: 93 Ty #1710 Finally bit the bullet and done the mini starter upgrade I love the way it sounds and its a lot easier to work with than the original sized unit.

Re: What did you do to your SyTy today? (part 2) Put a new belt on last night need to get a mini starter I think the one on it is going bad sometimes it won't start. Also need to get around to putting new gaskets and bolts in the oil pan.

Re: 93 Ty #1710 The deleted oil cooler mod has been good so far. Need to figure out this grinding noise coming from my gauge cluster after I hit 45-50mph

Re: rear hatch problems Could be the door jam switch stuck or broke. I think there like 20 Bucks new or get one from the junkyard

Re: rear hatch problems Well I fixed it for now. I cleaned the tailgate ground, put some oil in the solenoid and adjusted the window latch. Opens great now so far just 1 press of the button and it opens I hope it stays like that and will continue to work

The dreaded rear hatch problems are plaguing my Ty. The solenoid pops but wont open the rear window. It doesn't matter if the truck is running or not the pita wont open. I've installed new hatch struts, tried adjusting the lock thing on the gate and nothing. I have the tailgate plastic off so I...

Re: 93 Ty #1710 Just deleted the oil filter adapter and lines what a mess that made removing and it was a bitch to get off. Put the fitting on with some blue loctite and let it set up and put some oil in it and so far I'm seeing better oil pressure at idle idk about driving since it's already...

Re: 93 Ty #1710 Didn't realize I haven't updated my build thread the interior is 95% done just need a few more pieces and it'll be done. I replaced the upper passenger seat cover along with the whole rear seat covers. The truck has been running good but it's leaking oil and I'm tired of it so...
