What the hell is up with the graphics being on the rear of the driver's door cladding?

How in the **** are you gonna sell a no mile rare vehicle with such a glaring deficiency?

Was it sideswiped? I mean it's got everything (CA,no miles) going for it,but that decal?

Sent him an email,we'll see.

:popcorn2: I was gonna do the same, out of curiosity.

Is there a snowball's chance that this was a "Friday" truck and a PAS f-up? I can't imagine.

brb. Setting mine back to 2,032 original miles.

Truck must have been ultra rare 4x boosty fast model to rip the windshield graphics right off. Mine has 103k and the windshield decal looks like brand new...

I'm not sure - that's how I got it. It doesn't have any paint work as we metered it. Thanks

Interesting.

So here's a question...were these applied to cladding before cladding was mounted? 'Cause it looks like it's in the right place for a PS piece of cladding. (Still, no way PAS would let that out of the factory like that...)

My thoughts exactly as far as PAS not letting that go out the door like that. The QC check sheet had paint, cladding fitment and decal check boxes so unless a drunk guy cleared that truck something is up. I would be very interested to see what is hiding under that piece of cladding. Broken mounts? Paint damage? Maybe nothing?

:dunno:

you would be surprised, I worked at a gm dealer for 10 years and saw plenty of cars with incorrect badging, mislocated badging, completely missing badging, PAS produced around 8000 sytys right? im sure 1 or 2 slipped through with a mistake

we had a brand new Yukon come right off the truck with a chevy bowtie on the horn pad

If this was the case and its in the right spot for a PS then it would be mounted upside down to account for that as well. Just a thought

Maybe its like one of those cut or folded dollars from the mint. Some super rare once in a lifetime factory birth defect

That there is what is commonly call TRACTION. That truck is so fast that the driver side Syclone graphics slid to the rear of the door because of the intense acceleration. Just as common, the passenger side graphics had no idea what was happening.
