-If you really, really love the truck....then you will regret it much later on if you sell it.
(The money will in time vanish and you'll only be left with memories...which usually are the favorable ones with the truck and not the ugly ones).
-If you "try" and re-purchase a similar truck later on, you will be disappointed.
(There are few "excellent" trucks, that run well, and are affordable, without rust, mechanical issues, or broke mods).
-If you "try" and rebuild another truck to the caliper of your present truck...you'll be disappointed.
(Limited parts, cost, and escalating demand will make it harder to recreate a duplicate of your present truck...not to mention time consuming).
-If you sell to someone, you'll find yourself monitoring its progress from afar, or divorcing yourself
totally to the friendships developed on this site.
(Its kinda hard seeing someone else drive, modify, change, or do things differently to your old truck).
-If you aren't convinced that its time to sell, you'll be just another person who "once" owned a XYZ.
(The car world is full of previous owners....muscle car owners, vintage car owners, show-car owners,
scary-fast-unique-experience vehicle ownership, etc).
-If you dont have another stronger hobby/interest you'll eventually return to recapture "that special feeling".
(Might not be a Syclone, but it could be another motorcycle, automobile, boat, or GM something).
-And lastly, if your neighbors, family, friends, or acquaintances know of your "special truck"
they will not understand the "loss" or "connection" and figure your okay with driving a Geo
(which you might be, but putting custom rims on it doesnt make a silk purse from a sow's ear).
Unless you need the money; have a very-wise intent/reason for selling; have a plan afterwards;
and intend not to read/login to this site very much afterwards, then your probably reacting under impluse. (How many ex-hemi, ex-corvette, ex-bikers, ex-hotrodders, ex-motorheads tell parts
counter geeks their past lives of what the used to own. I hear even Bill Clinton talks about his 65
mustang in private...lol).
I just hope your not bored, guilty, or considering a senior citizen moment!
(If you love the looks you receive while driving, passing, accelerating, washing, or parking
next to vehicles 2x the cost, with 1/2 performance, then your addicted. And selling isnt the cure).
