Hey gang,
just wanted everyone on the canadian forum to know i have a 1993 typhoon parts vehicle for sale. Either the whole truck or any parts you may need off it.It is complete.I bought it to drive and then the engine went,so I decided to restore as a daily driver for the wife but then she lost interest.I am posting here first because i want our canadian forum brothers to have a crack at it first before I post to the rest of the sy/ty community.
I also have a nice set of 2002 vortec heads complete with less than 12000 km's on them, i just picked up.This truck also has a bunch of ATR shit on it too.Truck is currently located in Toronto, Ontario. I sold the front bumper assembly. $6000.00 CAD or best offer takes it.

Does the truck run? and how much are you looking for as a whole truck?

The ty is a white/white 1993.It has about 97000 miles on it. Turbo has about 75000 miles.
The truck is not running. I have a replacement engine on a stand.I was going to send it out for a mild performance build for reliability, so the wife could have some piece of mind when driving it.The engine the truck came out of was fine with no problems. Compression was good before I took it out. Only some minor smoke on start up, that's it.I was looking to get $8000 CAD for it as is; but it looks like I might part it out instaed if no one wants it. I have had a few questions on parts and prices.Body is good except for rust through over rear window and some rust under doors.I would like to post pics on here so everyone could see...but I'm not sure how? Any help would be appreciated.
If the truck doesn't sell.I will part it out.
I would like to know A.S.A.P.

Your 1-24-2007 post stated you have a replacement engine ready to use but then changed plans. I may be in market for replacement engine, depending on what mechanic finds when he opens mine up later today/tomorrow. Do you still have the replacement and, if so, how much would you sell it for?

Just to let everyone know, lots of great parts are still for sale! Here is a quick list of what I still have readily on hand from the first truck.I had someone come by and take pretty much everything for a restoration project.

accessory brackets
alternator
2 steering pumps


UPDATE: I have the next typhoon in my possesion.This one was an insurance rightoff but has a lot of good parts on it too.It was a theft recovery.I will list whatever I can as soon as I go through the truck and see what's on it.
