Ok guys, let's make a new plan, let's hear what your thinking for dates and what you would like to see/do!

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the delay!!

This was almost not gonna happen.........I've been busy and a little discuraged with the lack of turnout in the past, we've got waaay more local trucks than what actually show up........but then I remembered it's about those that show up and not about those that don't!!!!

As it turns out the track doesn't really want us back on a bracket race weekend due to us tearing up the fully prepped track.

So......Our options are a street legal Friday night drags (which turns into a 1 night event:tdown
or
A street leagal event on Friday night and a 60 footer event on the Saturday with BBQ to follow.

The bad news......I still have to confirm this, but it looks like the 60 footer in Spruce Grove (which is 10 mins out of Edmonton) is August 22nd! Which doesn't give us much time to get this together let alone for you guys to get time off work and such!

So my question is, can you make the event if it is August 21 & 22?
(It's 4 week from today)

Like it implies; a race to 60 feet...our truck were designed for this
One year I took my stock truck to one of these with Tony and Nolan with their 10 sec trucks......what a fun time, I wasn't much slower than they're monsters:tup:

I am in for sure, i can test out the new drag radials and cal-tracs :tup: and if mark or nolan are around to drive that should help

I think we can blame it on dean and his 10.4 pass lol :tup: racing or not it's all about the gathering and tapping in to Nolan's brain for more go fast info, he is full of it

I live more than 1,000 miles away, but I was going to try to make it anyway. I don't forsee having the money to make the drive in 4 weeks though. Next year perhaps.

Nothing is set in stone at all......trying to have a 2 day event is the only reason those dates are being discuss. friday street legal races and saturday 60 foot drags.

I'm open to other ideas for the saturday on other dates :tup:
