All boxes are not older than 2001 and range in milage from 11k to 35k. Each box is $160 shipped and paypal is ok. I have sold over 250 boxes here on the bb and as always if you are not 100% satisfied with the box for whatever reason send it back for a refund.

Hi fellas well since december 2005 and over 250 boxes sold worldwide i am unfortunatly no longer able to absorb the rising freight costs. I did the best i could do over the last 6 years to keep the prices down and have never changed my warranty provided to you guys. As of today 3/26/12 the adjusted price will be $160 shipped via paypal and it must be sent as a gift. I hope that you guys understand.


The box will arrive without the pitman arm. The box is ready for you to install your arm. The blue mark on the spline of the gear box is where you line up your pitman arm. The pitman arms have four flat splines on them. As you can see in the picture the spline that lines up with the blue mark on the gear box is centered on the pitman arm. Apply some anti seize or grease to the splines and simply bolt your arm down to the gear box. The box is now ready to install.

I don't know the exact number mike but each box was pulled from a truck by the VIN number verifying it as truck with the zq8 suspension code. I put one in my truck and was able to notice the difference immediatly.

How difficult is the install on these?

Not hard at all. It took me about 1/2 hour. If you can work your way around the ty it's not that hard.

It's not that technically difficult to install one... however, it can be kind of difficult to at it. An air hammer and pickle fork help to get the pitman arm off the tie rod. Also, a pitman arm puller to remove the arm from the box. Disconnect the PS lines, reattach... you know, I wouldn't necessarily call this a beginner's project, but it's not incredibly technical either.

It's VERY easy with the engine out.

Should be the same deal as the syty's. Pop off the pitman arm that is currently on it and put your pitman arm on it just like the syty's do.

Yes all of the boxes i sell are delivered this way. I don't know how many lock to lock or the ratio. All i know is that you can do u-turns and doughnuts without having to turn the wheel very much. Also some of the steering slop is gone as well. This gear is very sensitive to movement unlike the stock unit.

I think I bought one from you a while ago. how come mine looks different? maybe its just the angle you took the pic at. I havent seen mine in quite some time so I may be wrong. Havent even put the damn thing in!!!
