He Saved the Pimp'n Game!
I bought this Ty about a year ago from a board memeber in Mich. The truck had some issue but most have been addressed.
In the last few months all of the following plus some has been done to the truck.
new knock sens
new ecm, and moved to glove box, and wired for WBo2
new headliner
new wipers, all 3
2 1/2 exhaust, no cat, straight thru muffler, stainless tip behind pass rear wheel
new u joints in rear drive shaft
new transfercase output shaft (rear) seal, it was leaking
new brakes all around, drums and rotors turned
lowered 2 in, blocks in back, adj tors bars in front, factory air ride was inop and removed
solid engine mounts, drivers side was broke when i bought it
tors bar mounts
rubber IC hoses
surflow ic pump
IC scoop
IC hotwire, via relay
AC/heater box replaced with the one from my SY, was broken when bought truck,
havent had charged to see if the AC works or not yet
new upper ball joints
pass side lower ball joint
both outer tie rods replaced
aligned about 100 miles ago
3 bar map sensor
chip adapter
code $59 (tune in progress)
new lock on tailgate
starter relay, had starter issue, ended up being bad Neutral safety switch and bad connection at starter, but was found after relay installed, could probably be removed
new taylor 8mm wires
new plugs
new cap and rotor
set timing to 0deg
dynomat in doors and tailgate to lessen the rattles
boost/vac gauge, still waiting on single gauge pod
new fuel pump
OTHER
kenwood cd player, needs ant adpt
tranny was rebuilt a couple of hundred miles before i aquired the TY
has 108,6xx miles
corvette saw blades, some curb rash but not bent, look decent
rear tires 80-90% tread left
fronts >50%
truck was orig black, but was painted white a couple of owners ago, probably due to lack of good body man or money spent to look good.
rear pass quarterpanel has been massaged at some point, it is noticable but not REAL noticable
interior is is decent shape, seats are not ripped and rear looks new
rear bumper is not SYTY, its is metal, but downt look out of place
front bumper is SYTY but someone in the past has done some trimming on it, see pics
needs oil press sending unit
Im sure i have done more to the truck then i have listed but to be honest i forget some things from time to time. for example i had forgotten to spend most of my time on SY instead of this TY, poor SY.
I will post pics up later when i get home and have a camera in hand.
$6500 pretty firm, but will not refuse reasonable offer.
