This truck has been in storage and has not been driven since May 2007. I've been working on doing a few things to it over that time and I've just recently finished it. Here's what I've done in that time.

All of the following parts have less than 70 miles on them:

57MM Waller Performance upgrade turbo w/ported wastegate (set @ 15 PSI)
255 LPH Walbro Fuel Pump
Accel 32LB Injectors- these are the new low-mass disc design
Accel Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
Accel Billetech Billet Distributor
MSD Coil
Accel Extreme 9000 Plug Wires w/boot guards
Custom made Cold Air Intake w/K&N Filter - powder coated
Braille lightweight (17 lb) AGM Battery w/custom battery mount - powder coated
Dual electric fan conversion with custom radiator and fan mount & Spal wire harness
March pulleys
Stainless steel fuel lines and S/S fuel filter
New fuel tank, brackets and cover
Fuel rail mounted fuel pressure gauge
NGK spark plugs
Custom made “off road” test pipe (cat delete)
Wheels – chrome Z06 / 18 x 10
Tires – 275 / 35-18 BFG G-Force Sport
Belt and hoses
Baer decelerator front brake rotors
Performance friction front brake pads
Russell DOT braided brake lines Frt & Rr
Stainless steal hard brake line front to rear
Rear brakes new drums, wheel cylinders
Russell speed bleeders front and rear
Front calipers new and coated
Energy suspension sway bar bushings
RPM solid motor mount conversion
AN braided lines and fittings on turbo, heater core and intercooler pump
Billet coolant overflow tank
Billet radiator cap
Red line oil
K&N Oil filter
Red line Transmission fluid
New antifreeze w/Redline water wetter in both engine and intercooler system
Hi-Flo 180 degree thermostat
Heater core replaced
Mini starter hi-torque
Computer
A/C accumulator
All A/C seals
All vacuum lines
Windshield washer reservoir

Other Upgrades:

ATR 3” S/S Exhaust
Koni adjustable shocks front and rear
Shurflo hi-flow intercooler pump
Lowered 2” Bell torsion keys and blocks
Truck was painted in the spring of 2004 – has not seen winter since. Paint still looks great but could probubly use a good buffing on the hood and roof
Head Liner

Truck comes with all original componets that I removed (these parts are not for sale, they go with the truck): Wheels and Tires, stereo, shroud, fan and clutch, catalytic convertor, distributor, air box.

The engine is original as is the trans. Trans shifts firm.

Needs:

Rear wiper motor
Passenger and driver window motors (both work, but slow)
Small amount of rust on rear tailgate
Drivers window tint needs replaced or removed. Has some bubbles in the top portion.

Miles: I bought the truck 11/03 with 93K, it now has 109K

Asking $11,250 OBO

The long block is original/stock. I've run synthetic in it as long as I've had it and the previous owner told me he did the same. The trans is original too. Shifts firm, no problems.

I'm so tempted to come take a look and probably leave with this truck, by the way I was born in Columbus,OH., lived in subdivision in westerville, a place called towers something remember playing tee ball and peewee ball at a park with same name, cincinnatti for a brief period also, but I was a wee man then. Used to go every summer to Kings Island, which was a big deal in the 70's. Waiting to see if a couple people are swinging or playing on a DRZ400s I have for sale.

Nice truck you should go get it :)

Yeah ,I went out and looked at Brians truck, very clean , loved the setup, wife jumped the gun then retracted her thoughts and by then it was sold, you got a deal on that truck, I wish I would''ve bought it. getting the Cobra ready for a whipple upgrade soon here (couple weeks). Anyone want a 400 mile 06 Raptor 700R, 1300 mile 03 suzuki DRZ400s, with Giovanni hard bags , 2 custom sdg seats and a brand new set of black plastics to customize look. these sit in the garage from day one when not ridden garaged.

Hey I just wanted to tell you I just put the window motors in the truck for it's new owner, and this is the nicest Ty i've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Lots of time went into putting it together. Too bad I didnt see it before he purchased it.
