Got a 92 typhoon. That has long crank start times. I've replaced the fuel pump assb and tank last year. New fuel pump regulator last year it was leaking thur. Hose. I'm still having the long crank issues. I put a fuel gauge on the rail today. Pressure is OK but will drop off to 0 after a couple hour. But. One funny thing I. Saw. At one time during testing the pressure when I shut off. The ignition the Guage we to 0. What the heck? So I try ed it a few times more didn't do it then. After on off a few more times. I got it to go go down to 0 again doesn't do it every time you start it turn it off. Any one dealt with this issue before ?

Have you checked the fuel pump relay? I had a bad one and the long start was caused by the fuel pump only working when sufficient oil pressure was reached, thus triggering the fuel pump. You can swap the A/C relay over to see if that makes a difference.

Do you hear the fuel pump prime when you key-on and does it come all the way up to normal pressure?
