93 RED/RED from factory with 34,600 original miles

Hey guys, I have been tossing the idea in my head about MAYBE selling my 93 Typhoon. It is RED/RED from the factory with original Firehawk tires and PERFECT paint. The engine is spotless and barely any rust underneath. I have all the parts needed to return the truck back to stock. The only aftermarket options I have are ATR cold air intake, upgraded intercooler pump, straight pipe exhaust after the CAT, different thermostat, BellTech lowering springs and 2" lowering blocks, Bilstein front and rear shocks. Interior is a 10 out of 10 and still smells new with custom floor matts all around including the cargo matt for the rear trunck area. The engine is also a 10 out of 10. My brother as a gift last Christmas painted the mirrors, door handles and key holes to stay with the ALL red theme on the truck. That can be easily returned to original by the new owner if wanted. That is the only paint work that this truck has seen. You won't find a cleaner typhoon anywhere. Truck has 34,600 miles on it. I have the original window sticker and all manuals, etc... My question to my fellow SyTy members is what is my truck actually worth. I really do believe I may have ONE of the CLEANEST typhoons out there. For those that have seen the truck in person I am sure can back me up on that. I maybe out of the market price right now but I wouldn't accept anything under $20,000. Before I list it on ebay, do you think I have a chance of getting that before I waste money on listing it. If so, I will just hold onto the truck. Thanks in advance for any information regarding my problem.

Yeah, that's what I figured guys. I guess my best bet is to just hold on to the truck and maybe down the road these things will be worth something one day. There is no way I am going to let this baby go cheap, its toooooooooo CLEAN!!!! Thanks for the quick responses guys. Anyone else care to give their opinion?

Seems about right. You can buy a NEW 08 C6 1LT (base trim) from dealer stock for right at 40,000. Might even be able to ge 0% financing as well. I found a new, black XLR-V MSRP=115,000 for 72,000 at a dealer in NorCal a few weeks ago.

And another element to this 'price falling' thing: Even as prices are going lower, there are still few buyers, as the belief is that prices may fall still furthur, so why buy now? It will be even cheaper in the future.

Disinflation is upon us, my friends.

Oh just wait. You think deflation is bad. Once the trillions($2,000,000,000,000) of dollars from bailouts and "stimulus" hit the economy Inflation is going to skyrocket.:banghead:

Our trucks will be worth more, but milk will cost $8 a gallon.
