96lbs FAST program

I was wondering if anybody out there was sitting on a 96lbs injector startup program. I am having a hell of a time getting my base file even close and I was hoping to have some help starting off with it.

Though, I am begining to wonder if I have a major fuel delivery problem. I cannot even get the damn thing to go around the block at 20% tps at this point. It keeps going totally lean on me. sigh, i guess i will probably end up getting a fuel pressure gauge to check that out.

I have an 84 lb program. it would at least get you close. what is your fp, build? how much vac do you have at idle?

ported vortecs, 412 cam, 43psi, ~13 inches of vacuum.

granted, the 96s are a bit big for this current incarnation, but not for what i have planned.

Do you have your inj. data entered correctly in the calibration?

You should be able to get that truck running fine with those injectors... probably just have to dial the VE #'s way down at idle/cruise.

You should try another file (any previous file that was working) I had a similar problem (truck would barely move) I uploaded a previous working file and viola life was good. sometimes the smallest changes or shuting down to early will corrupt a file and it's nearly impossible to find the problem.

like green said 96's shouldn't be a problem.

I just saw this post
I useem and i can email my gct file if you still need it. I tuned it till 24 psi but i use a lot of methanol under boost
Idles at 900 rpm with 14,4:1

i got it to idle a bit better by fiddling around with injector settings and such, but it is still not great. as it gets closer to 13:1 it gets really really rough.

what is your fuel pressure at?
what RPM are you trying to idle at?
what are your IAC counts?
are you in closed loop or open loop? (go open loop with that size injector !)

yes, that is correct. i think at idle w/vacuum its like 36 or something.
