Here are some pics of #697... As you can see the right wheel sticks out further than the left and the left side (right looking head on) hangs lower than the right. Gonna try to fix that myself. Anyone know a good way to level the bumper? The wheel pic is a -please refinish me- plea!

My passenger wheel sticks out farther than the driver side also. About 2 years ago after a lot of screwing around I found out that the body wasn't mounted straight on the frame. My Ty's never been in an accident either so I guess we can call it "American fitting".

As for bumper alignment, just loosen the main mounting bolts in front, and the diagonal brace at each corner. Tweak it into position, re-tighten. Repeat as required. Not hard, just somewhat of a PIA.

I've checked that.
Not the reason on my truck.

Yup, on my Ty also. I posted about 'leaning to one side' before, it seems that my Ty's front passenger-side wheel sticks out more than the other side. Go figure.

I haven't checked the Sy out yet for the same. (She's in storage until I finish the SyTy Garage)

It came like that from the factory. Vehicle manufacturers have a problem getting the whole drivetrain aligned perfectly. Some cars and trucks are perfect, some ar off 3/4" or so. It's normal.

The sad thing with it is that my 18" rims in the front looks perfect on one side and terrible the other.... (but i guess it's only me who sees it..) 8)
