Looking to buy a Ty and wanted to know how accurate is the factory boost guage?

Are the factory guages hard to find to replace broken ones?

factory gauge is horrible
gauges aren't terribly hard to find
almost everyone installs an aftermarket boost gauge

Canada is right on. The factory boost guage is terribly inaccurate. An aftermarket boost guage is very reasonable in cost and very easy to install. The other alterantive it to use a scan tool and a lap top, but not very easy to read while driving. HTH

Gauges sucks. My Sy pegs the gauge(18?) at 14 psi, my Typhoon read like 11 psi. They are all over the place.
