Sitting at Taco Bell on Dort & I-69 and couldn't believe what pulled up to the light. I carry my digital camera everywhere so this one was a must.

need to get you people in the habit of acutally chasing trucks instead of just staring at them and galking that your looking at a truck....

I test drove a sonoma gt in 97. I didnt even know they existed I thought it was just a neat looking truck at the time. It is the only one I have seen around where I live. It had somewhere around 63k if I remember correctly and they wanted $7500 it was red.

shit...

spinning a 180 off the road to chase a typhoon...

cutting off 4 lanes of stopped traffic to chase a typhoon...in a company truck ford ranger

hanging out the window on I-4 trying to get the attention of an oncoming syclone that is on the other side of a 2ft barrier...done that various times...

finding trucks parked in lots and stand there waiting for the owner to come back out...

you gotta do whatcha gotta do....

in the last 2 weeks:

found - sy #226, s-gt #372, sy #??? at lamborghini dealership...and waiting to confirm a wrecked abandoned syclone.


plus, merk is my bitch :smile:

These trucks are cursed
i was driving by a dealership a few years ago, and i glanced over and saw what looked like a syclone, so i flipped a U turn, and went back to the dealer. i come walking up on the truck and turns out what i thought said syclone on the door really said sonoma gt.
at the time i had no idea what a sonoma gt was, and thought to myself... "heh... how gay! some dumbass trying to make his sonoma a sy, so he calls it a gt, and then thinks he's gonna get 9 grand for it?" and i walked back to my truck all pissed off cause i wasted my time thinkin it was a sy. hahaha now i wish i had bought the damn thing! mint condition too! oh well... now i know to be on the look out!

I saw a nice red/grey sonoma gt...only one i've seen around town. I haven't seen it since. There's a green/grey around the corner from me (UBB member). There's a black/black about 10 min away. The Dumlers live 15 min away in the other direction (used to live 20 sec's away and passed a white/white typhoon on the way to their place). There's a Sy (UBB member) at the local university - 5 min away. Alot of other Sy's around town...can never catch up with them tho.

That's what my truck used to look like for awhile - are you supposed to wash these things? You'll only get it dirty again!

pretty sad looking sonoma. also, why the hell is the sonoma gt above the body line, mine, & every other one ive seen is in the same spot as the sy/ty. also, did they come with a sun roof optional?, merk you might know that one. there is a slight possibility (not to dis credit what Nulcat said) that its a s10 cameo, trying to be made a sonoma gt, only a possibility

For someone that lives quite a bit south of here you sure know your attractions. :wink:

Yeah two i think, but all the strip clubs FAR out weigh it so balance is restored and we live in harmony.
