AC orifice tube directional?

Was replacing the AC orifice tube (and compressor). Noticed an arrow stamped on the new orifice. If installed the same way the existing one is, the arrow would be pointing against the direction of refrigerant flow (toward condensor and away from evap core) with the shortest screened section of the tube on top.

Whats the proper direction to install? Havent found pics yet.

I would think that the arrow would point in the direction of Flow, which would be from the Hi Pressure side to the Low P side. The Hi P comes from the Compressor, thru the Condenser, where the Hi P vapor turns into liquid, and then thru the orifice tube, where it takes a big pressure reduction and it then flashes back into vapor. It takes alot of energy for a liquid to "flash" back into a vapor, and that is where the cooling comes from. The flashing liquid sucks the heat out of everything around it.

Hopefully this is not too confusing - it's a concept that's not all that obvious. But that is what happens.
