You guys know there are hundreds of these that get used constantly here and when I first got on I didn't know any of them.

I think it would help the new guys better understand our posts.

IRC (one (1) letter i) stands for Internet Relay Chat or International Red Cross, among others.

The three stages of normal operation, maintenance & repair or construction:

S.N.A.F.U = Situation Normal, All F*%ked Up, or normal operation
T.A.R.F.U. = Things Are Really F*%ked Up, or need's maintenance
