aftermarket intercooler pump

i was wondering where i can get the jabsco intercooler pump...i noticed that the links page wasnt working properly.....any info is helpful...is that jabsco the pump to get???? thanks

The Jabsco fits in the stock location - easiest install as far as I am concerned.

the atwood 500 areator from walmart works good! 500 gallons per hour.

The first repair I did on my truck was putting in a Jabsco. All you have to do is splice the plug off the old pump onto the Jabsco's wires, and it's plug 'n' play... You'll have to do something like http://www.techweasel.com/articles/syty/icpump_hose.htm if you go with a different pump...

well the atwood is almost plug and play and the pump is only 20 bucks + 15 bucks in parts. I am not the only one on the board that has done this and it's works fine 500 gallons per hour is what it pumps. Let me know if you want directions. If so I'll be more than happy to do so.

I'm wary of that pump. 500 gal/hr is a lot of flow. That's 8.3 gal/min. I think you may have your #'s mixed up.

i just did a comparision on 2 pumps cause i had them i use the jabsco pump in stock location definatly plug and play says it flows 3.5 gpm if i am correct i didnt like the flow of it could barley see the water moveing in the upper cooler so i switched to a flo jet 3.2 gpm under the hood a little more work but damm this thing flows i would recommend doing a better pump than in the stock location you can use the same stock wires for the stock location under the hood drivers side is the harness green oragne and black you can tie in right there even with stock lines would only take mabey 10 min to have the pump hooked up i love the flow jet it works like mad and you can get it for 65 bucks at any camping store

thats what the box said. ATTWOOD 500 areator pump flows 500 g.p.h. I could be wrong but it's at walmart and i am going to night so i will see.

well if it helps any in your choice then the atwood will give you a little noise through your speakers but if you have a good radio or a noise blocker on the radio or have the car grounded good then it shouldn't.
