What is the best (reasonable) location for a nozel to spray methanol on our motors with the stock intercooler in place? would it be possible/worth while/functional to have it spray between the turbo and intercooler? would it help keep the temps down on the IC helping heat soak? or would it just be a waste?

This is how I did mine. Between the intercooler and the throttle body.
This picture is from Brian Greens alky install.

One needs to let the intercooler to do as much of the work as possible.
THEN let the alcohol take up the extra slack.

A few years ago I read a post about Daron try different location for the nozzle, he ended putting it before the IC. I am not sure if this because he was using SMC non pregressive or if they was distribution issues, too short of a distance before our TB (spraying alky in the dead spot between the TB bores) Anyways intially I am going to put mine before the IC (I will also save my original IC from getting hole in it)

hey Dgoodhue "I am going to put mine before the IC (I will also save my original IC from getting hole in it)"

I was talking with Razor on this isue, and he stated that he could supply us with self-sealing bulkhead connectors that we can put in the collar (between the TB & Intercooler). We would just need a wider collar to get the hole in there. Make Sense?
