The core has my interest. What is involed in making the swap? How many hours of work estimated?

it's not really all that complictaed. just have to take the front of the truck apart. radiator, grille,front bumper ( not necessary but recommended )...two bolts for fenders and two @ the frame..remove charcoal canister and a few other odds and ends. now i'm not saying it can be done in an hour but can be done in 1/2 day.

The problem with small diamter welded aluminum is the heat from welding anneals the material so it bends super easy
thin wall cromoly would be a better choice IMO

Does this rad support allow people who run elec fans to bring them closer to the engine so there would be more room for a FAT FMIC?
