I know one thing about it: Somebody had the number wheels out of the odometer assembly in the cluster, and didn't get them lined back up properly when they put it back together. See how the 3rd digit from the left is in the "half-way" position? this can only happen by improper reassembly. I don't know if they "rolled" the mileage, but what other reasons are there for taking the numbers out of the odometer?/??

Front bumper on rt side appears to be swayed. It is usually a wide gap front to rear or a height issue to the fender cladding not an issue of the bumper being outboard. Brackets bent or frame bent. Grille is not proper color. Another clue to a front end loss? Front bumper either has a poor "wax job" or poor repaint. If someone does look at this, check the windshield bug to see if is factory glass. Orange Syclone stickers. Thought it was the lighting but look at the gate. One proper, one orange. Where is that tailpipe intending to go? Clean the compound out of the cowl vent panel grille slats. Steering wheel is beat. Shifter knob seems very worn. Like Dave stated, the odometer. For those of us that have had them apart (legit reasons of course), big screw up on the reassembly. Bet they broke this one little plastic thing upon removal...nuf said.

Pretty clear that this truck has seen some sunlight. Interior is faded pretty bad as well as the exterior bits that have been pointed out.
All the exterior decals are faded with the exception of the GMC truck on tailgate. :dunno:
And in my expert opinion...I would say exhaust has been replaced (badly).

Yes, they have previous custom restore trucks. One of my old Sy's wound up at custom restore, and was recently sold by desert autosport:
