I believe the 340 is the 255 that you're talking about. The 340 is just the model # that flows 255lph. They used to call it the 307 but have upgraded some of the mechanical parts (I've been told). Here is a link that compares some of the different walbro models...hope this helps

yeah the GSS340M pump is just a 255lph pump but i thought they made them abit differently. I ran one of them on my n/a small block and now have two walbro 255lph in tank for my twin turbo setup. Not sure if they are 340 pumps but still rated to 255lph

The 307 and 340 are both 255lph pumps, the 340 is modded to have more output at higher pressures (Starting at ~60 psi and higher)

The MKIV Supra intank pumps have more out than the 255lph Walbro's.

TT350 was looking at that pump at one point.

I called Magnafuel about there 4303 pro tuner electric pump
and he said that uses the same pump as there outlaw pumps.

With the belt drive flow/psi goes up as the rpm/demand goes up,
with an electric pump as the psi goes up the flow goes down and
the amp draw goes up loading the charging system.

It looks like the Bully Sy had some type of Magnafuel pump at one point. Might still....who knows. Try PM'ing/emailing those owners for their opinions.
