Thanks for offering your help! I should of posted this earlier becuase i'm leaving tomorrow morning at 1AM to pick up this full blown drag car my brother just bought! It's going to be a long 17 hour drive just to get their! I hope to see some syty on the road somewhere down there!

It's going to take more than 17 hours. I just got back from Seattle and I made it in about 16hrs towing. Although I did stop to sleep for about 1-1/2 hrs. I was towing back a car I just purchased there. Driving about 70mph average.

Wow! Where do you live? I was going on what map quest is saying? All I know it's going to be one long trip! See ya guys taking off already!!!

I live in San Francisco. I too based it with mapquest. Remember that you are towing. From the bay area to LA is another 5 hrs.

No hijack, just fun. I once drove from Santa Rosa (50 N of San Francisco) to Hoquiam (on the coast East of Olympia) in 15 hrs flat. No tickets. 810 miles. No stops except for gas a some food.

I just got back home last night at @7:30 pm! We made it from Prosser to Norwalk in about 17 hours 1069 miles one way.About the same time on the way back home but we did stop for two hours to sleep! I don't think I would do it again!

Road trips are alwasy fun if taken in moderation. Me and my buddy made it from LA to Wichita Falls, TX in a day!! We tired to sleep in the car in Gallup, New Mexico but it was so freaking cold we just said hell with it and kept driving. Forgot to metion we both got speeding tickets too (discriminating on CA plates!!) :rant: Good times...
