Anyone put 5X5 rims on with adapters or new rotors/rear end?

If my Dodge sells and I get to keep the Syclone I am dying to put these 18's I have from my Impala on the Sy. They are 295's on a 10 inch out back and 265's in front. They are the correct offset just the wrong bolt pattern. I test fitted them for offset, but my camera was not with me at the time. The look GOOD and I'm sure no one else will have em.

Any idea's on how to put 5X5 rims on?

They are Enkei SST1's

An Impala SS has those rims down here, and yes they do look good.

I didn't really care for the look of the rim in the picture but it looks badass on the SS!! They do make wheel adapters that will change the bolt pattern but that will also throw off your offset then too.
