ATF...

Hola peeps!

A few questions...

I have a 700R4 from TCI. Now is a good time to change fluid/filter. When I bought the tranny I got a case of Torco trans fluid with it. Now I am out. Because of where I live, beyond the sticks, I have no way to get this, or Mobil 1 ATF.

Two things. One, should I try to find Torco again or would a switch to Mobil 1 cause no ill effects. Obviously it will be mixing with the Torco in the converter. Two, since I will never get either around here, what would be some suggestions for getting either online?

If it had a red spray-in bedliner it was mine... The body on it looks like complete shit. Every time I get enough wampum together for some bodywork...something breaks. Freakin' tranny (4) front dif (2) rearend (2) xfr case (3) yada yada the **** yada.

The liner was not my idea. I crunched the right rear in a snow incident. When I began to hunt for parts my testicles and wallet recoiled. Luckily for me...I stumbled upon a country boy in a modular in Kentucky who hit a tree head-on. Homes sold me the complete bed, with all the Sy bodywork, for $1000. I said "deal," removed it, put it in a trailer, handed him a stack of benjis, and unassed the A.O. with quickness. Yes, he had friends, yes, they were large, and yes, my HK USP was cocked, locked, and keeping my hip warm.

Snow = rust. At least my engine compartment looks sweet.

The salt is what kills me. I get fuel and brake line leaks all the time.

But hey, they Sy is a great snow car!
