They have the wrong VIN though. Guessing it's 1GDCT14Z5M8801061 since CarFax shows it being in GA it's entire life.

I remember the Turbo Regal FBI cars. Kirban had this brown one for a little while. Verified U/C FBI unit:

The guy emailed me back and stated that the was not the Syclone in the auction link. When I asked about the mileage, auction listing showed 100k his ad 53k, he said the odometer shows what he listed it as. Even the registered buyers name is part of his real name.

That's funny as hell... Did you mention to him that the vin numbers on his truck miraculously matches the vin number of the truck in the auction?
