ok,I have a couple ?'s. I see alot of people changing over from the 6 to a ls1. Iv also been told that you can keep your awd and run the ls1. Is this true? also im sure this topic has been beat to death and ill have my flame suit:tup: on but will a t56 bolt up with the awd? thanks

nobody here has ever swaped an lsx engine swap. however alot of us have done the overnight t56 swap. use the search function to find out how

Turbo LS1 is great but the Typhoon/Syclone is all about the turbo V6..................yes you can make it alot faster for alot cheaper with a V8 :roll: but it's a turbo v6 truck/suv :tup: and it will never be the same with a v8, yes it may be faster but it's all about the turbo six power :tup:

Ill take reliable,and the potential to be much faster than staying true to form any day of the week:2cents:

I agree , if mine blows up, I will go the LS route. I would rather have reliability, power, cost-(down), and part availability anytime. Just :2cents:

Reliable.......i have a 600hp V6 and drive it daily, if it's built right and you don't beat the shit out of it there is no problem with reliability :tup:

that propably wouldnt work to well for me,considering i like to beat the shit out of mine every time i drive it:oops:

You can your reliability will just go way down, i does not matter what engine you have in it :lol:
