Have 92 ty had bad vac leak had lower intake gasket put on was running fine saw it had leak on top fuel inj took back to shop fixed o ring was damaged got it back now runs bad between idles goodwhen it to about 1500 rpm they say its leaking throttle body has 18 vac at idle sports machine said never seen throttle body do that right out of shop any ideas thks has new plugs new cap rotor wires rebuilt fuel inj.when it hesitates timing retards about 10 to 15 degrees timing right on 0 unplugged:tdown:

Use the bike tube test and that will tell you where your vacuum leaks are. I would be looking at vacuum to the map sensor/or the map sensor itself.

Hey thanks they did smoke test had leak they say at TPS tighten it up and at throttle stems they say leak I think they did something to injector o rings since they replaced one and it ran bad right when i picked it up.it ran great except one top o-ring was leaking wish i woudnt took it in . I tighten TPS didnt have enough vacumm to air vent in side now does with 18 vac on guage my other ty has 16 vac at idle. runs great. this ty does same stutter even if vacumm is open or hooked up .thks
