well i just got the final work and i cant go :tdown: I just got the exhaust done on my truck too. damn it this makes me mad :rant: . be sure to take pictures.

I'm sorry to hear that. what exhaust did you go with? I just put on my Borla Xr-1 race (straight-through) muffler on my truck , and I hope I don't get pulled over again any time soon for exhaust noise. :roll:

i got 3inch pipe after the d/p to a straight through magnaflow(dont know which model), than more 3inch pipe exiting before the rear passenger tire. I pick it up in 10 min. Ill get pics when its home. I am still waiting on my chip though :rotf:

edit: new news, i might be able to make it after all. :tup:

I'm sorry to hear that. what exhaust did you go with? I just put on my Borla Xr-1 race (straight-through) muffler on my truck , and I hope I don't get pulled over again any time soon for exhaust noise. :roll:

That's the same XR-1 muffler i'm running.I put the Moroso Spiral Flow as a dummy cat before the muffler,works good for me.
I just got my driver and pass windows tinted today,wasn't thinking.The guy told me keep the windows up for a week.I should have waited till after this weekend!

Guys i took my Typhoon out for a spin. Went to the girlfriends house. 12 Miles away. And i noticed a Fluid Leak. Its a transmission leak from the input seal. Looks like i wont be going in my typhoon, Unless i get the energy to fix it tomorrow.

Man, I'm still waiting on a stinking fuel tank sender unit!!! I woulda had my truck wrapped and ready last week!!! Pray to the fedex/ups gods that they deliver today. I need to roll out!

Thanx for the prayers boys and gals, I got my sender, just installed it w/ a new walboro, ran up and down the block a few times, got some gas, good to go. So who wants to help me put that b**tch of bed on? :lol:

Truck is on it's feet, chip is in, couple of glitches but I think I have them fixed. Will do some test driving tomorrow (was having withdrawal anyway). Shooood make it!

Now if it would just wash and wax itself...

Someone want to give me an actual address for D&B's?

And Brian yur supposed to just tilt the bed sideways not take it off.

Good to hear Don, hats off to you for driving such a long haul. I took the bed off to POR-15 the entire rear of the truck, under the bed too....looks sweet all black and brand new like. I was hoping to do more before I put it back on like run some wires and exhaust but oh well. I'll see ya there!

Let's make that happen. Garrison, my guess is we'll be coming down Stanley towards the 680 unless you wanna meet up at the Sunol gas station off Andrade for some 100 octane then we could use the highway 84.

Thanks, Looking at Google maps it doesn't look any worse of a drive then going to Tom's gig that he used to have in San Jose. Wouldn't want to do it every day of course but hitching up with fellow owners once or twice a year works.

Good to hear you got your stuff together. I'm still working out some bugs on my truck, but I'm driving it anyways. I agree with Brian we should meet at the sunol gas station. If anyone else wants to meet there around 11:35ish we can cruse out there in a little SY/TY/mis. Don,

Your going to take the Andrade exit. At the top of the ramp turn left (turning right will take you to the golf course) on the overpass. You'll see the gas station on your left at the bottom of the overpass.
