What wrong with the Accel, is it really that bad for lightly moded truck with stock ignition??
I don't think anything is wrong with those caps, but thier plug wires and coils have been known to cause a few problems. Standard/Blue Streak also makes a high performance cap and rotor and it is blue in color with brass terminals. The conrad is red w/ brass terminals and I believe there was an a/c delco marine version that was black w/ brass terminals. MSD also makes a red version, but the conrad looks identical and it is about half price. Turbocharging/supercharging/nitros/high compression all put a huge strain on the secondary high voltage ignition system. You need a good quality product to keep it going where it is supposed to. :)

In my experience with 4 of their cap/rotor kits, the terminals on the cap usually come loose in a few thousand miles. I still have two sitting in the garage with the center terminals extremely loose, to the point that you can easily move them up/down, side/side.

I'd highly recommend staying away from their cap/rotor kits.
