Just put a remanufactured NAPA on the drivers side, $68 after returning the core. Salesman tells me they back them with a lifetime warranty. Hopefully I won't need to take them up on it.

I did this a while back, neither side made it to 2k mi before splitting a boot. I found the receipt when the first one failed, got it replaced, but could not find the receipt when the 2nd one failed..... they would not replace it. Could not find one in stock anywhere, ended up putting a Pep Boys rebuilt on it.

I would go with Hood's in a heartbeat, wish I'd known sooner.
