Bike gets a suprise

On the way home today I was doing about 75-80 and this bike it was a 600 comes up on my bumper. So I said what the hell lets see if he will play. As he went by I reved at him and he looked and reved back 8) . I was like alright lets get it on. I had forgotten that I had turned the sy down to 14-15 psi. We hit it from 75 and he put 2-2 1/2 lengths up to 110. We got into trafic and had to slow down. This gave me a chance to turn the boost up 8) This time we went from 65 and I was on 21psi We ran for about 1 mile and I stayed with him. When I took my exit he turned of to . We got to a stop light and he pulled up beside me raised his helmet and with the funnist look on his face said "What the hell do you have in that thing?" To which I responded Its just a v6. He said do you know how fast you were going. I said no my speedo only goes to 120 and it was buried. He said the we were doing 140 All I can say is I am going to start carering my video camera. Be cause I know it happened but no one will problly believe me. That is the fastest that I have been in the sy It moves around at that speed. I am glad that I got the high O2 volts fixed This thing runs likew a raped ape.

good kill...i believe you...not bad for "from a roll"...what kind of bike was it? if it was a katana (can-a-tuna), that explains it... most sport 600's should run around 12's with the average rider...good rider can do much better...bad rider, well, you know...

I believe it was a can of tuna.It had exaust on both sides. They were pretty and chrome Yea the but o meter says that it should go 7.60-65 1/8 now that it is fixed. I want an 11 sec 1/4 mile so bad I can taste it.

Probably a Virago I just got rid of my CBR600F4i and can tell you that it'll bury my Sy or S4 any day, especially top end. I would have to imagine that he wansn't trying to lose you, just seeing how fast you would go.



Either that or he really sucks as a rider!

I would say that grabing a gear leaning down as far as he could and a full twist of the throttle would be trying to lose someone. Then having to upshift because he ran out of rpm in that gear.

Anyway it was fun for both of us well maybe not for him :lol:

still??????????? A bike, unless a Virago or Katana or some other POS, is gonna walk......and fast. Trust me , I had a 600 and it moved!

It's not that I don't beleive you, it's just that it's hard to beleive he was flat out.
