We could say on the front page the same thing they did (This list is for those who will offer help to others on a 24 hour basis, rain or shine. Sorry no help for those in SOB's, must own a Syclone or Typhoon.) Thanks

Me too if its during the week. Weekends are off limits to anyone but my employer.

I would be willing to help a syty owner how ever I can. I mean Im not a mechanic by any means, but if you run out of gas or something, or need a place to work on your truck (tools, jack, etc) Id be willing to help however I could. Whoever is organizing this, PM me and Ill give you my my contact info. I usually have a rollback to use if need be as well.

If it's anything like my work,the answer is no.I can make an extra $6-$7 hundred a week by working on Sat & Sun.Can't turn that down. :tup:

damn, not me, im scheduled to be at work every saturday, no extra $
im also on-call almost 24/7 :(


and of course i'd be willing to put my name etc.. on a list somewhere..

ok, i'll create the beginnings of a blacklist. I'll attempt to start on it on sunday....i'll be busy. Sometime next week I'll post what i have.

The way i see it working....you register/sign up, and you will only be able to view as much information as you are willing to share. So if you only give your name and email address, thats all you'll see of other members.

I'll fill it w/ other shit as the interest builds, but don't expect the worlds greatest site overnight.

What would happen when everyone is traveling to the Nats? and some one breaks down on the way. lol, maybe thats why we caravan. good idea, im in for the Houston area. Considering how there is only 6-7 of us here.

Nope...been working weekend nights for the last 12+yrs. 6pm-6am Fri, Sat, and Sun which means 36hrs working but getting paid for 52hrs. If I switched to weekday/day shift Id lose about 800 bucks take home pay per month. No thanks, I'll stick to my weekend shift with more money, no supervisor, no engineers bothering me, skeleton crew of employees to keep equipment running for, and no time for the temptation to go hang out in a bar..

Anyways, Monday through Thursday I can be reached on my cel phone at (540)580-4046 24/7. I have a tilt bed trailer with winch and a tow vehicle as well as most any tool needed to work on a syty so if you break down within ~3 hrs of Roanoke, VA I can rescue you or at the very least get you and your truck to a safe location be it my house, a hotel, or whatever or give you a place to crash and get a bite to eat some of Mrs myclones world famous home cooking. My place isnt a mansion by any means and some of you would possibly consider it slumming but if it was me Id be happy to hang out with just about anybody no matter their social status if they rescued me from along side the free way at 2am in unfamiliar territory.

LOL... I dunno if youd wanna hang out with grumpy ol myclone but then again if youre stuck in a bad section of where ever he's prolly a good person to have around since he tends to enjoy slapping around scum bags when he gets a chance. He's actually a pretty nice fellow most of the time once you get to know him (so Ive heard ;) ).

Something I should add to my previous post.... I keep a beyond abnormal sleeping schedule so if you call day or night and get my voice mail then hang up and call back. Keep doing that until I wake up and answer the phone or if Im out in the garage with the compressor/air tools/grinders running I may not hear it ring the first time. Calling back multiple times will either wake me up so I can answer or catch me between firing up something loud in the garage. I keep my cel with me 99.9% of the time but on the rare occasion(sp?) that you keep getting my voice mail time after time then leave me a number to reach you at and who to ask for. If youre stuck in BFE and calling from a pay phone in a bar and youre at the bar waiting for me to call back the other drunks will need to know whos name to holler out over the crowd to let them know they have a phone call.

Just use common sense to help me get in touch with you and/or find you as it does no good for someone to be broke down when the rescue person cant get in touch with you and/or find out where youre at.
