Black plates vs. Vanity?

Let's say you were about to buy a Syclone :tup: and had the opportunity to put BLACK license plates on the truck. Here in PA, we do: http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/license_plates/special_fund.shtml

I've seen this plate on other black cars (Grand Nationals, for example) and it looks reeeeal good.

On the other hand, I might want to pick up a race here or there and would opt for vanity plates.

On that topic, what do you get when you read this: SYFORTY

i would get the dare plate, then get creative and make the dare logo into a syty type thing......

if you just left it dare it would b gay though...

and it looks like SY 40.... not SY FOR TY...

i'd get sy/4/ty or something... i dunno if they have half spaces out there... but in cali they let u have 2 half spaces

that river otter on the first plate it crazy...looks like a rabid minx! i think thats the one that i would choose!

I have the otter plates on my daily drivers (wildlife is part of my work). It would look GREAT on a blue or teal Ty, but not on black.

SYFORTY does mean Sy 40! (turning 40 very soon)

Yeah, I could replace the dare logo with a NASTE logo...good idea!
