Black on Black Ty spotted same vicinity I spotted the white one a week ago. This Ty I think I saw in Elgin Illinois about 2 months ago. It has a red "Typhoon" decal on the windshield and clear Euro Tail lights. It was spotted on Randall Road southbound between Elgin and South Elgin at 130PM Sunday, June 20th.
