yeah 10.91 keep it up.it better go better than that,if not its the tuners fault but if anyone wants to come rockingham raceway this saturday night .

i put 600 miles on it very low boost on pump gas with straight 30 oil now i went to 15.50 mobil one

It rained so we didnt go but we took it to the dyno to tune it instead. It made 454 rwhp and 485 rwt. The heads are vortecs but no port work. Mine made 500 whp on the same dyno and ran 10.20 so hopefully he will be in the 10's easily. Total timing is 21 deg max and the AFR is 11.7 at the leanest so it should be really really safe.

Another great tune by Phill Long. 454 rwhp and 485 rwt that should be just about enough to have fun with.

IMO Turbo6 home dyno seems to be on pesimistic side. He ran 11.1 with 399 and 10.2 with 500 whp. If cloneman can get his truck to hook up it should run 10's easily. Dyno's just a number anyways, the real number is ET & MPH.
BTW It seems like Phillip Long and Cloneman build are nearly the same. The major difference being Heads, perhaps boost, and maybe a a little conservative tune. Am I missing anything else, that would a major difference. How much a hp difference do you think is in the heads or the tune. (I guess I am more try to quantify the hp difference in the heads, its not that often that SyTy are build the simmiliarly, but its even more rare that they have the same tuner as well.

The 10.20 and 500 whp was without nitrous. The 11.10 and 399 whp on stock motor was without nitrous. Mine ran 10.93 on the stock motor with a 40 shot. I tried the 40 shot on the built motor and blew head gaskets at 1000' so it ran 10.40 @ 106 coasting. The 1/8 on that run was 6.40 @ 109.4. This is what I think is the difference in mine and Brians power:
Head porting and boost : ~30hp
Leaner tune: ~15hp
We always make our pulls on he dyno with the engine at full temp and dont ice anything. We dont count the 2-3 shift spike either!

going to test tune tommorw night will let u guys know ,,phills truck also has coilovers and a little lighter but i guess as it stands now i will be happy with a 10.99

ok guys went to the track tonight i went a 11.0 at 122 with a 1.56 60 ft i checked the datamaster run and there are some trans things i need to play with it is shifting and takeing my rpms and boost way down about 4 pounds and it dropped to under 3500 into 3 rd gear really fell on its face so once i straigthen that out and get alittle better launch no doubt she will be around mid high tens,i only got to run once pulled off the trailer and just ran it got there late,i dont know if i should be pissed or happy lol

Brian sent me his datalog and its a cluster f***. THe converter locked too early and pulled the rpms to 3500 in 3rd and the boost down to 22 then the boost came back up and his ATR crossover blew loose and was running 19-20 psi most of 3rd gear so there is much room for improvement.
