Burned Typhoon in NJ

I just arrived in New Jersey for a seminar for work and while in the back of the cab I swear I saw a Typhoon burned to a crisp inside some shop. I am confined to this hotel for the week but if I get a chance I will see if I can get over there and get the story and some pics. The name of the shop was Freeland Tire. I was traveling on 287 around exit 38 or 39 if any of you local guys want to check it out. I will keep you all posted.

Not doubting you but if it was all burnt up what did you see that made you believe it was a typhoon? Cladding, wheels,?????

The wheels were the the give away. There was no cladding. The entire body was burned and rusted. I could be wrong but I am definitely going to get by their at some point this trip to settle my curiosity.

I'd be interested in more info/pictures on this discovery. I'm not far from that area of rt287. Just interesting to hear about these finds

Yeah that was it!!! I need to get my eyes checked. Guess that is what happens when you try to make it out going 80 in a cab on the highway. Nice detective work.

yeah, i saw that shop burning down when it was on fire..

what are you doing in the area?

not a whole close by except businesses, not much to see/do in the area

I am training at the Marriott in Whippany for work. Yeah this is a really industrial area. I am going to be out here for another week.
