Bushings or Rod Ends?

Which is better when it comes to a-arms? Bushings or Rod Ends? It's time to buy the front suspension and I'm curious as to which you'd choose and why because I don't know if a hundred extra dollars for rod ends is worth it or not.

I´d go with poly-pushings, if you are still driving it on the street. they are more accurat than the stock rubber-pushings, but still deliver a bit of comfort.
the rod ends will give you a "harsh" ride-feeling, but the best accuracy - I´d use them in a race application.
